Hello welcome to the health care magic

You are having adhesions near fallopian tube.

Your both tubes are patent.
So don't worry about that.

Adhesion can be formed because of chronic inflammation , near by tuberculosis foci or endometriosis

If you have infertility than further work up in form of USG, CT scan , diagnostic laproscopy etc might needed (decided after review of complete clinical history and physical examination)

Take care

Hope this will help you

Consult gynecologist for examination and discuss your case
