What Does The Following HSG Report Suggest?

l did HSG test and the result says, uterine cavity has normal shape and outline with out filling defect, the fallopian tubes are demonstrated with peritoneal spillage of contrast and bilateral patent tubes, pls Doc can you explain this result for me.thanks.
