I have recently had an ECG done and it said slight right- and mid-precordial repolarization disturbance, consider ischemia, LV overload or aspecific change . The doctor was not too concerned but sent me for bloods. Trop T was normal. What does this signify?

General & Family Physician, Dr. Varinder's Response
Hi,
Troponin is normal, it means that you don't have heart attack. I will advise stress echocardiography and angiography to rule out any coronary arteries blockage.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Varinder Joshi, General & Family Physician
