What Does The Following ECG Report Suggest?

Sir, My ecg report shows HR 57bpm, P dur:120 ms, PR int:140 ms, QRS dur:114ms, QT/QTC int: 420/412 ms, P/QRS/T axis :59/ -30/ -6•, RV5/SV1 amp : 0.873/0.625 mV, RV5 + SV1 amp: 1.498 mV, RV6/SV2 amp : 0.825/1.118 mV. Diagnosis Information: 811: Sinus Bradycardia 510: Suspect Left Anterior Hemi Block. My age: 32, Male. Weight 85kg. Any thing to worry about? Sir... waiting for your immediate reply.

welcome to hcm ..pulse is low but not at worrisome level ..in such patients i would recommend stress echocardiography to know staus of cardiac function ...what is bp and sugar level besides lipid profile ..i will suggest these to be maintained within normal limits ..
