What Does The Following ECG Report Suggest?

I got my report of my yearly regular employment health checkup. ECG was done to me. IN ECG graph the below interpretation is given: R/S inversion area between V1 and V2 , Borderline ECG. What does report indicate? Am I having any heart problem? My age is 35 and I am diabetic from 1 year. I take morning after meal 1 tablet of PPG Met 0.2. And at night I take 1/2 of that tablet.
