What Does The Following CT Scan Result Mean?

This was the result of my Ct scan of my sinuses. What does it mean? Mild polypoid mucosal thickening at the lateral wall of the right maxillary sinus. Otherwise, the paranasal sinuses are clear. The osteomeatal complexes are patent. No air-fluid levels. No polypoid mass is seen in the nasal cavity. Pneumatization at the superior attachment of the left middle nasal turbinate. The nasal septum is deviated to the left with a large bony spur between the middle and inferior nasal turbinates. Bilateral visualized mastoid air cells and middle ear cavities are normally aerated.
