Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The CT scan report is showing features of inflammation of the bowel where the small and large intestines meet. This is called the terminal ileum and ileocecal junction area. You might have inflammatory bowel disease and the inflammation occurs and subsides in a chronic course. You need to discuss with your doctors and get a colonoscopy done to know the exact type ofinflammation in the area involved. In some cases patients get relief for months to years and again another episode of inflammation occurs.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
