What Does The Following CT Scan Report Suggest?

I have a 3mm left paramedian disc protrusion t4 t5 2mm right paramedian disc protusion at t8 t9 1 mm generalized osteophytic ridge at t5t6 moderate ddd t5t6t8t9 c3c4 mild degenerative left foraminal narrowing due to uncovertebral joint hypertrophy i have had two Spine Specialist tell me that they cannot due surgery on my t4t5 which is causing numbness and tingling asleep feelings in hands and elbow becayse t4t5 is too close to a major arttery heart and lung. i had a cortisone injection from first surgeon and second surgeon performed a SNRB I did this thru FMLA. I have been back TO WORK 1 MONTH I KNOW IT HAPPED AT WORK BUT I CLAIMED IT WAS FROM WEAR AND TEAR I CLIMB CABLE LINES WITH A 28 FOOT LADDER. WHAT CAN I DO NOW I HALF TO BE AT WORK THURSDAY BUT HAVING SAME SYMPTOMS. I HAVE SCHEDULES ANOTHER SNRB FOR MY T4T5 WHAT CAN I DO NOW FOR MY HANDS BACK AND ELBOWS

The surgery is risky but may be you can consult another spine surgeon for a different post of view as some surgeons do take up more riskier cases.
