What Does The Following CT Scan Report Suggest?

Liver- liver measures 16.3cm(mild hepatomegaly &shown mild fatty infiltration with normal intrahepatic biliary radicle. Pancreas-it is diffusely bulky with altered architecture with small amount of peripancreatics fluid collection with volume -20cc seen with internal echoes near head & much regions with normal pancreatic vessels S/o acute pancreatitis,Gall Bladder- acute cholecystitis with cholecystitis

gofo liver function test clinically observe for icterus and level of appetite. nausea and vomiting observe for cholecystitis and exclude gall bladder stone. it is hepatomegaly keep watch on pancreas function. betacell functioning is to be monitored.
