General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, thanks for using Healthcare Magic.

From that CT scan report, it seems like there's a tumor (whether it's benign or malignant) in your airway tract (nasopharynx) and I'm afraid if it's not treated as soon as possible, it will obstruct your airway totally.

Discuss it further with an otorhinolaryngologist to do the following test, such as:
1. MRI
2. Biopsy to know whether it's benign or malignant
3. CT scan on the other part of the body to find out if it's already spread to other site.

Since, the doctor suggest it's adenoid, you may want to know that Adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) is an uncommon form of malignant neoplasm that arises within secretory glands, most commonly the major and minor salivary glands of the head and neck.
Please, meet your doctor ASAP.

Hope this helps.
Take care.
