What Does The Following CT Scan Report Suggest?

Sir,this is my father CT scan...CT findings revealed a well defined round hypodenselesion with thick peripheral calcified wall in the segment 7 of liver without any enhancement. It also says that he is a patient of SOL in right love of liver...Pls suggest me is there an emergency..Pls sir guide me

It represents either an infective lesion (more likely) or sometimes a malignant one. A biopsy can reveal the true nature. It's not an emergency but get it done earliest.
