What Does The Following CT Scan Report Suggest?

CT Scan report: gallbladder is contracted the biliary tree is not dilated. Spleen: along the lateral subcapsular aspect of the spleen there is a 0.7cm hypodensity. Both kidneys have extrarenal pelves. However no mass. Sclerotic bony foci in the anterior right acetabulum and in the left iliac wing, likely incidential bone islands. Right lung shows tiny opacity right upper lobe anteriorly. What does this mean?

Hi,

Based on the report you have shared, it seems that the patient is having multiple lesions in bones and in spleen for which detailed workup is needed based on patient history and co-morbidity. she may require bone scan and clinical correlation.
