What Does The Following CT Scan Report Mean?

My CT findings.... 3-4 mm broad based posterior disc buldge at l4-5 level indenting the ventral margin of the cal sac but an oblique or significant central canal stenosis. Bilateral neural foraminal compromise at this level from lateral extension of the disc bulge. I am in constant pain. What does all this mean?

Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggest there is a disc bulge - happens as a degenerative changes when the hydration of the disc lost.
2.The desk at the level of L4-5 seen causing pressure effect on the thecal sac laterally causing canal stenosis.
3.Bilateral neural foramen stenosis - due to the diffuse disc bulge.
4.Due to the disc causing pressure effect on the nerve there is constant pain.
5.Treatment in this case will be back exercises followed by physiotherapy - finally if necessary operative / interventional.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
