Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggest there are few iso-hypo dense areas with in the uterus at different locations with measurements mentioned.
2.The most possible cause of the findings could be uterine fibroids which are seen with the same features.
3.The lobulated outgrowth of the nodular structure - possibilities can be sub serosal fibroids.
4.In this case ultrasound is the initial investigation of the choice, MRI will give further information about the extensions.
5.Treatment initially hormonal, depending on the age and associated medical conditions - operative treatment is indicated.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
