What Does The Following CT Report Suggest?

I recently had a heart CT and they said they found a pouch in my left ventricle I have to go for a echocardiogram soon but No one explained to me what this is I was told its a diverticulum but that is it. I have tried to research what a diverticulum is and I dont find much info except its rare. I just want to know what is it? What are the risks of having it? And are there treatments for it?
