What Does The Electrocardiography Report Indicate?

MY CARDIOGRAPHY REPORT SAYS THAT -MILD CONCENTRIC LVH WITH GRADE 1 DIASTOLIC DYSFUNCTION, NORMAL LV SYSTOLIC FUNCTION. AND NO LVOTO. I AM DIAGONIS AS DIABETIC ON 1999 AND ALSO BP. PRESENT BP IS 14/90 AND SUGAR LEVEL IS FASTING 150 AND AFTER FOOD -2HRS 250. KINDLY ADVICE

Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, the echocardiogram isn't very significantly deranged and showing some age related changes.

However, increased fasting and random sugars need to be controlled with oral hypoglycemic agents like Metformin etc. Endocrinologist review may also be sought for improved control. No active management required for echo findings.
