What does the early stage of nose cancer look like. I have a tiny bluish-black spot on my nose from 6mos to a year. It,s up changing and I can often scrape it off, but it returns. A primary doc said it was more like a blood vessel. A cosmetic skin specialist said the same band that it's common when we get older (I'm female and 65) but my worry now is that I started toi get nose bleeds on a daily basis, especially if my head is down. I never get nose bleeds. But I' under a huge amount of stress right now and it is quite dry out, but I don't recall having that before in dry weather. I do have rousesea and have taken metro gel and soul facet for years so I don't know if that is part of the problem. I also have restrictive cardiomyopathy and take Coumadin but it was just checked and I was 3.0 in my normal range of 2 5 to3.0.
