General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your scan report that demonstrate a cyst in the ovary and an endometrial hyperplasia I am suggesting you have developed a polycystic ovarian disease with possible risk of developing endometrial cancer

In view of this please schedule an appointment with a gynecologist specialist for further clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription

I hope this helps Regards
