General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dr. Hanif warmly Welcomes you!

Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully worked through your case, and I can realize your health worries. Being your physician, I assure you not to worry as I will take care all of your medical concerns.

You have not shown any symptoms of urinary infection but have positive urinary bacteria. Take only Cranberry Juice for that 4 times a day and it will be fine. If you feel symptoms of urinary infection you should consult me or your physician for antibiotics.

Yes you have a bit higher values for lipid profile and need special care for that. Lifestyle modification is the first step ( by choice) that I offer to my patients for dyslipidemias. If you promise me that you will stick to a low fat low carbohydrate diet, I allow you to start without medications and rely on lifestyle changes. It includes elaboratively:-
lowest fats, lowest carbohydrates in diet. Low salt is also highly recommended.
Lots of fluids and salads, fruits and vegetables.
No sodas, caffeeinated drinks or junk foods.
Regular cardio exercises jogging and better if join a gym today. Its for the best interest of your heart.

If you don't lower it either by lifestyle modifications or diet changes, the cholesterol will clog your blood vessels and will damage the heart muscles and may lead to stroke or myocardial infarction. These may lead to paralysis from stroke and sudden death from Myocardial Infarction. Diabetes and Hypertension are small outcomes of high lipid profile. Diabetes, Hypertension and Hyperlipidemia are interlinked.
Hope it helps. If you need further, detailed and quick assistance related to any health issues in future, feel free to 'ask me a question' directly from my profile.

Have a wonderful time ahead.

Best Regards!
