What Does The Cholesterol Serum In My Blood Test Indicate?

Hi, I took my blood test after 10hrs fasting. I am 39yrs old with 170cm hight and weighing around 71kg. My results are FBS Plasma:- 108mg/dl. Cholesterol Serum158mg/dl, Tryglyceride 158mg/dl, HDL 46mg/dl, LDL 204mg/dl and VLDL 32mg/dl. Pls give me your comments.

Hi,

You have high cholesterol levels.
I would advise you to restrict animal fat in your diet, eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, fish and fish oil, avoid soda, alcohol and junk food. Exercise much.
