welcome to Health care magic.
1.That means, there is a density ( which will cause due to presence of fluid , mass) with in the lung.
2.The different views doctor has ordered for better angulation, so that it can be seen better way.
3.The nodular densities can be seen in the lung masses ( can be benign and malignant - spending on your habits and underlying medical conditions )
4.Also seen in the infections, which may leave trace after healing.
5.After getting the apicolordotic view, if not able to make out, you may need to have a CT with contrast for definitive evaluation ( if your medical conditions support)
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
