What Does The Changing Shape And Size Of An Existing Mole Indicate?

Hi I am a 64 yr female. I have had a mole on my arm for several years. Just recently it has changed shape and is spreading. It is black ,red, and scalley. Also raised. I am also getting brown spots on other parts of my body, which start out red the change color. Could They just be age spots.

Welcome to healthcaremagic. Please note that the very one spot that has been constant for years and now seems very "ugly" unfortunately is melanoma until proven otherwise by excision biopsy. Please see a dermatologist at your earliest convenience. Good luck
