Hello and welcome to HCM,
The HBsAg (surface) antigen of hepatitis antigen is positive.
The liver enzymes are within normal range.
These tests are seen in two conditions:
1. In the initial stages of infection with hepatitis B virus.
2. After vaccination with anti hepatitis B vaccine.

A consultation with your primary health care provider and clinical correlation are required to know the correct status.
In case infection is present appropriate treatment can be instituted.

Thanks and take care
