What Does The Blood Test Result Indicate?Suggest Cure

HI, I'M 42 YRS OLD, 75kgs, 165.5 hight. i had a blood test report 2day, which says MY MCHC is 36.0 g/dl and says high, plasma alt level is 49iu/L again says high but the rest are normal. so how do i combat thease two problems .please advice..... thanks in advance.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
MCHC stands for mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration.
A level of MCHC at 36% may be high but it is of no consequence.
Moreover, MCHC has to be interpreted along with other blood parameters like hemoglobin, red blood cell counts, MCV, MCH and RDW.

An ALT level of 49 IU is slightly above the normal range, however, it does not signify any disease process.
Get ALT level repeated after few months.
In case the level falls or remains at same level, there is nothing to worry.
However, if value increases you then you need to consult your primary healthcare provider.
