What Does The Below Test Report Indicate?

Hi Doc,can you please explain what it means:a mass lesion extends to the right Meckel cave along the third brach of the trigeminal nerve, measuring 28x10x22m in size. The lesion shows iso tho hyper intensity on T2-weighted images and homogeneously enhances after administration of the contrast material. Clear CSF space visualised around the mass. No invasive features identified. Imaging features are compatible with trigeminal schwannoma.NO mass lesion identified in the inner auditory canals. No ventricular dilatation noted.

Hello

This report shows that you have a benign (NOT CANCER) tumour of the nerve that supplies the right side of your face, specifically your lower jaw.

While the tumour is not cancer, it can cause problems with the right side of your face.
