What Does The Below Coronary Angiography Report Suggest?

After the Coronary Angiography of my father who is 60 years of age (Non smoker, non alcoholic, can do brisk walking of 5-6 kms dails without any angina, controlled diabetes for last 2 years with medication). He has Angio results as follows:1) Origin: Normal 2) LMCA: Normal 3) LAD: Type III vessel proximal LAD (100%) with retrograde filling from collaterals4) LCx : Non Dominant, OM3 80% lesion 5) RCA: Dominant, normal Please suggest.Thanks.

This means a main artery supplying the heart muscles is blocked, but blood is getting to the areas beyond the blockage using other channels. This also means that the blockage has been there for some time (months to years).
His exercise tolerance is good, so I would not rush to intervene.
If there is any chest pain when exercising, he should see a doctor as soon as possible.
