What Does The Absence Of Urobilinogen In Urine Mean?

Hi, I've recently done my Urine Detailed Test and every thing is in normal rang accept 'Urobilinogen' that in result is NIL while mentioned normal rang is (0.1-1.0), I whould like to ask about it(Urobilinogen) that what does it mean according to results of my test.

Hello and welcome to HCM,

Urobilinogen is a by product of hemoglobin formed in the liver and released into the intestine.
The soluble part is excreted in the urine and a part of it is excreted in the stool.
Absence of urobilinogen in urine is a normal finding and it does not signify any serious problem.
