What Does The Abnormal Blood Test Show?

Hello Doctor,I have gone for a blood test to know general health. In my Hemogram I found following abnormal values- 1. Monocytes - 0.04 x cu. 10/muL (Below normal) 2. Immature Granulocytes(IG) - 0.09 x cu. 10/muL (Above Normal)3. Total RBC - 5.56 x cu. 10/muL (Above Normal)4. Mean Corpuscular Volume (MCV) - 105 fL (Above normal)5. Mean Corp.Hemo.Conc(MCHC) - 28.9 g/dL (Below normal)6. Red Cell Distribution Width - SD(RDW-SD) - 56.7 fL (Above Normal)7. Red Cell Distribution Width (RDW-CV) - 14.6% (Above Normal)8. Platelet Distribution Width (PDW) - 17.2 fL (Above Normal)9. Mean Platelet Volume (MPV) - 12.3 fL (Slightly Above normal)10. Platelet to Large cell ratio(PLCR) - 43% (Slightly Above normal)with alert : Predominantly normocytic normochromic with macrocytes and ovalocytes.Some other abnormalities are -1. Bilirubin - Direct - 0.26 mg/dl (Above Normal)2. Bilirubin - Total - 1.36 mg/dl (Above Normal)3. Bilirubin - Indirect - 1.1 mg/dl (Above Normal)4.HDL Cholesterol - Direct - 32 mg% (Below Normal)5. TC/HDL Cholesterol Ratio - 5.1 (Above Normal)Please suggest if anyone data is alarming for any health issue.

Hi
Hemogram is normal except for slight increase in MCV and presence of macro and ovalocytes in Peripheral smear which indicate impending megaloblastic anemia. Check out the Hemoglobin levels and Discuss with your consulting doctor regarding vitamin b 12 and folic acid supplements if needed.
Regarding the bilirubin, total and indirect are above normal range, go for liver enzyme study.
Since HDL is low the ratio of total cholesterol to HDL appears to be increased.
