That report mean that you have mild dilatation of you right kidney and starting part of the ureter ie. The tube connecting your kidney and the urinary bladder. It might occur due to presence of a stone in the ureter which causes obstruction to urine flow from right kidney to bladder. Which is causing hydrouretronephrosis due to back flow and is the reason of pain. I would suggest to show to the physician or get a CAT scan to find out the exact reason for the obstruction as in USG report right side report is suspected calculi. So you need to confirm it and treat it. Left side also there is a stone but for now its not causing any obstruction to urine flow so nothing to worry about it.
