What Does The X-ray Of My Spine Indicate?

Hi. I am having lower back pain since past two months. Recently, i went to a physiotherapy clinic and undergone treatment for a week (ultrasound and vibrating machine). Doctor advised me to go for a X-ray of lumbosacral spine. The X-ray indicates Loss of normal lumbar lordosis - Paraspinal Muscle spam . What is it? and how severe is my case? What treatment should i take?

Hello
The report means that the normal front-to-back curvature of your lumbar spine is less that normal--that that part of your spine is a little straighter than normal. That's caused by the spasms and pulls of the muscles on either side of the spine and it isn't a permanent condition. Proper physical therapy for another four weeks should resolve that, but I would also get an MRI scan of your lumbar spine to check for any bulging or ruptured discs
