What Does The USG Report Of A 6-week-pregnant Woman Indicate?

Below USG report came at 6 weeks pregnancy An early intra uterine gestational sac of around 7 weeks 2 days Gestational age as per MSD at POA of 6 Weeks 1 day with no demonstrable foetal pole/yolk sac Follow up suggested for pregnancy viability Doctor advised a repeat USG after 2 weeks. Can you please advice if there is a reason to fear.

Hi,

Fetal pole mostly appears by 5 weeks of pregnancy. But in case of delayed conception both fetal pole &fetal heart is awaited till 2 more weeks.

Please be patient &wait for next report. Follow the medicines &advise of treating gynecologist till then.
