What Does The EKG Report Mean?

I had an EKG today, the one I had a little over a week ago said Normal ECG, They checked my heart because I had Peumonia. They did one today because my chest had been hurting all week, but it hurt to the touch, so my doctor said it was costacondritis, but decided to do an EKG anyway. This one came back as; Borderline ECG - T Wave changes in the septal lead - These minor changes are of equivocal significance only. What does all this mean, and is it serious

Hi welcome to HCM
Bordeline ECG changes are not confirmatory to diagnose Coronary artery disease.2 dimensional Echo cardiography and Coronary Angiogram will tell the size and number of vessels blocked.Since you have been diagnosed to have Costo chondritis- at times it may result
in borderline EKG changes.Drugs like Antiplatelets and statins can be helpful in your case. Also regular monitoring of your Blood pressure is highly recommended. So consult your cardiologist to evaluate your case and for expert management.
Thankyou.
