What Does The CT Scan Regarding Nasal Discharge Indicate?

how i can cure my child of 9 years ,hight 4 4 ,studying in iv th standered---always having nasal discharge and sore throat,his left cheek also seem to be little smaller,i make ct scan of his face and nasal 1,multiple deviated nasal septum to the right region 2,mild right inferior terbunate hypertrophy 3,minimal mucosal thickening seen in the right maxillary sinus please suggest me what to do or prescribe me some medicines

hello,thanks for your query, running nose, throat pain could be due to allergy or tonsillar or adenoid infections.visit an ent surgeon, evaluate al these possibilities, can cause repeated infections.as such ct scan shows acute sinusitis with dns(it will get corrected on its own when he crosses 18yrs.mean time you can start steam inhalation. hope i have answered your query. all the best. take care.
