What Does The 2D Echo Test With Mitral Regurgitation Trace Indicate?

hi i just want to know what does my result means the conclusion of my 2d echo result was normal left ventricular internal dimension with normal relative wall thickness and left ventricular mass index; left ventricular wall motion and contractility is adequate with good global systolic function. normal left atrial dimension with normal left atrial volume index. normal right atrium and left ventricle. no pericardial effusion no shunt defect noted in this study. mitral regurgitation trace, aortic insufficiency trace, tricuspid regurgitation trace, pulmonic regurgitation trace.
