What Does Symptoms Like Stomach Swelling,body Aches And Constipation Indicate?

Sir, Iam 36 years old, weighing 68kgs & my height is 177cms.Ten years ago as doctor mentioned i suffered from severe gastroentrites & had undergone medication.A few months from now i am experiencing stomach swelling after taking food & also i feel some pressure(about coin size) at the center of upper abdomen, just below the last chest rib.Once i had also blood in my stools before which i was suffering from constipation for few weeks.I even feel body aches early morning when i wakeup. please guide me. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

If such patient cames to me with this history, I prefer to go with proper history and physical alexamination beside going for symptomatic treatment and proper follow-up if necassry then H pylori test and further investigation should be done.

Bleeding after constipation may be due to mucosal tear after passing hard stool. But, bleeding mixed with stool, how much painless or painfull, or after defecation are something that matter a lot.

Syrup Antacid, tablet Domperidone, capsule Omeprazole, tablet Itropride, syrup Lactulose 3 TSF according to constipation severity should be taken. Consult your physician for prescription. You need fibers diet and more water intake.
