What Does Swelling On The Face Along With Dizziness Indicate?

Hi, Since I was about 5 I ve had an issue with the side of my face swelling to an uncomfortable size. I m 22 now and it has returned only this time it s causing me to lose my balance while standing and, I believe, have migraines as these are new things I m experiencing this time around. I never got a clear diagnosis but does this sound familiar?

it is facial edema. it can be chf or involvement urine analysis should be done exclude albuminohrea. refractive error should betested by refraction if error is detected then it should be corrected might be having astigmatism cover test should be done to exclude phoria. might be having squint if your age is less then 9 then it canbe corrected by surgery other wise it will be cosmatic. exclude facial palsy. fascia nerve functioning should be tested to be observed whether face is drawn to one side. tongue and its deviation should be tested. wrinkling of forehead be tested.it can be ataxia effecting lower brain like medulla oblongata.
