Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Good you are having regular mammogram done. It is important screening tool for diagnosis of early disease and management.
1. If you have noticed sudden increase or decrease or lumpiness or redness, orange peel appearance or any new symptom related to breast can get it done.
2. If they say result is zero then get a ultrasound of the breast done.

Better to get it done as there are chance called interval cancers which are seen between the two mammography studies.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
