Hi
I have gone through your report.biapical fibotic changes indicate scarribg due to prior diseases like tuberculosis.2-4 mm subpleural nodules in right middle and lower lobe indicate inflamatory infilterate at distal lung units. Its important to role out tuberculosis. The symptoms are very severe compared to your imaging findings .so viral or interstitial lung diseases also needs to exclude.you didnt reported duration of symptoms. If possible give detailed history.
Thank you
