Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You shouldn't be worried.Subchorionic hemorrhage is common sonographic abnormality in the presence of a live embryo.Subchorionic hemorrhage is a type of blood clot found between the pregnancy membranes and the wall of the uterus.
Gestation age of the fetus is 12 weeks 5 days.
You need follow up scan.Smaller to moderate size hematomas usually do not affect the pregnancy.Since you have small hemorrhage,it shouldn't affect your pregnancy. It is also important to observe for vaginal bleeding. If bleeding is continue then you need immediate medical attention.
You should take proper rest and avoid strenuous activity.
Hope i have answered your query.

Take Care
