What Does Strong Pain In Upper Arms From Armpit To Elbow Mean?
I have a strong pain sensation in both my upper arms at the inside from the armpit to the elbow. I feel the painful sensation is inside the arm. At the rightern side it is stronger, it even hurts if I just pass my hand over the skin. I feel slight improvement if I lift my shoulders. I had the same problem ago one year ago and went to three doctors, none of them could help me. The pain disappeared after some month but now it came back and I definitely fell that it is even stronger. Thanks for an advise.
Hello, I have studied your case and I think you may be having cervical spondylitis with pain due to nerve compression. I would suggest you to get cervical spine x ray to see if there is decrease in disc space. Also see if there is change in the spine curvature, if yes than you need to follow these advises. 1.Tablet Pregabalin M one daily. 2.Intermittent cervical traction exercises. 3.Soft cervical collar. 4. Neck muscle strengthening exercises. I hope these steps will help you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions. Thanks
