What Does Starch Granules Present In Stool Mean?

Hello my 6 months old son has a stool test it shows pus cells 2-3, and reaction acidic, fat globules present and starch granules present what does this mean.

We had to get a stool test done as he is passing stools almost 5-6 times in a day though it i snot watery. He is formula fed and

The vegetable cells and starch are just remnants of what you would have used and it is ok.Presence of starch in stool otherwise suggests malabsorption syndrome (MAS).
The fact that there is no blood and stool is of normal cosistency is also good. it the kid is of normal height and weight and active. and feeding well, do not worry about the report.
