What Does Soreness Around The Knees Indicate?
I have a sore leg near the knee but in my femur. Have had an X-ray and it showed a small lytic lesion in the distal femur in the medullary. Have had a bone scan but don t have the results yet. I ve had two previous benign bone tumours excised from the proximal femur(same leg) and a rib years ago and am wondering if I should be concerned yet again?

The possible causes are:
1. Evings sarcoma
2. Osteoclastoma
3. Simple bone cyst
4. Multiple Myeloma
5. Condrosarcoma
6. Condromyxoid fibrosis
The treatment depends on what type of tumor you are having. Use tablet Ultraset twice a day for five days.
If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor, he/she will examine and treat you accordingly.
