What Does Smelly Bump On Foreskin After Removing The Smegma Suggest?

28 yr old male. Never had sexual activity. Excellent health. Had alot of smegma on foreskin so i removed it and a day or two.later inflammation like bump developed on foreskin. It doesnt itch or burn. There is just odor that smells like fish. Have not tried any meds. Able to pull foreskin back without difficulty.

Dear friend,thank you for your consultation.after going through your case history I believe all your symptoms are normal at your age.you should not take any medicine because of this .just main local hygiene of foreskin.all the inflammation will subside in due time.if it continues to remain then please see your GP for necessary clinical examination and treatment.thank you.
