hello I am a 20 year old male with some health concerns. For the past year I have had troubles with sleeping I will not sleep for days at a time and other times I will sleep for 16+ hours. The past months my mood has been irregular some days I feel depressed and others over active. I also have tendencies for violent rage which is odd because I am not a very emotional or angry person. Lots of time the rage will be random and overwhelming. I am not using any drugs or medications so this behavior is disturbing me.
