What Does Sinus Rhythm Low Voltage In Precordial Leads Abnormal Mean?

I had a ekg and my doctor told me it was normal, so I looked it up anyway. Come to find out the interpretation says sinus rhythm low voltage in precordial leads (abnormal). Not liking that. So my readings where. T Wave Axis 47deg QT Interval 346 QRS DURATION 88 QRS AXIS 30 DEG. PR INTERVAL 142 P WAVE AXIS 64DEG CORRECTED QT (QTC) CALCUATED USING HODGES FORMULA - 398MS. SO WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THIS, i AM A 46 YR OLD FEMALE, 178LBS, 5 5
