What Does Shortness Of Breath Along With Memory Loss Indicate?

I am 35 years old, I do phlebotomy for a living and have had recent shortness of breath, unsteady hands, and memory loss. I do suffer from depression and have for 13 years. I have never had these three symptoms before though. I have a strong family history of dementia and Alzheimer s. Should this be of concern to me?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Sometimes unsteady hands or tremors are caused by drugs. Hope you are not addicted to drugs like meth, cocaine, tobacco, etc, stay away from addictions of any kind. Shaky hands can also be caused due to developing nerve weakness. Visit a Neurologist & get all necessary investigations done. In the meantime you can take, Vitamin B complex with Folic acid & tab. Neurobion forte, but you may need injections of the same. Shortness of breath can be due to anemia, asthma, COPD, pneumonia, arrhythmia, CCF, etc. Get evaluated. Yes, Alzheimer's disease is often passed due to heredity but do not encourage yourself with it. Get treated.
