What Does Sharp Pain In The Right Nostril Indicate?

Hi, I have a sharp shooting pain in my right nostril and it s very sore, my nostril keeps running and the pain in episodic, I ve had it about 3 times today, also I ve been feeling ill at differently times throughout the last 3 days and I m not sure what could be causing this

* As the pain is sharp in right nostril that indicates underlying infection, inflammation with some bacteria or virus causing discomfort.

* In our clinic, I recommend
- Tincture benzoin inhalations
- Proper antibiotic ( as cephalosporin group )
- Anti inflammatory medicines ( as ibuprofen or others )
- Decongestant as cetrizine or else
- Regular follow up with the consultant.
