What Does Sharp Pain In The Lower Abdomen Indicate?
My daughter is having sharp pains on the left side of her lower abdomen. She has been nauseous and vomited at lunchtime today. She just went to urgent care and they did not find anything. She is seeing a new GI specialist on Tuesday. She went to the pharmacy and the pharmacist told her she thinks she is bleeding internally. What are your thoughts?

As she is having lower left side abdomen pain since few days, it's better to do work up for that.
For that USG abdomen scan can be done to find out underlying organic cause if present
According to report, cause can be identified and treated accordingly
If it is colon infection than antibiotic course prescribed for that
