Hello! Thank you for asking on HCM! Regarding your concern, I would like to explain that your doctor is right to recommend you a coronary angiography, as the nuclear cardiac imagine test is a reliable exam to confirm any possible myocardial ischemia. The level of coronary stenosis and therapeutic options to pursue, remain to be clarified by coronary angiography. So, my advice is to follow your doctor recommendations. Hope to have been helpful to you. Greetings! Dr. Iliri
