Hello, Although the most common cause of high SGPT is consumption of alcohol,Thete can be various other reasons for it like obesity, high cholesterol levels, consumtion of certain medications like anti depressants or anti convulsants!pain killers, anti fungals, overuse of multivitamins, consumption of herbal products etc. You may consult a gastroenterologist for the proper management. Do regular exercises, avoid junk foods, avoid alcohol, shed weight, consume more of green vegetables and fresh fruits. You should be all right in 4-5 months time. Thanks
